Testimonials & Social Value
At PARC, we actively support initiatives that make a real difference – from sponsoring local school events to partnering with councils, housing associations, and private clients to deliver projects that improve everyday life. We’re committed to hiring locally, offering meaningful work experience, and investing in training across all our sites. The positive feedback we’ve received over the years reflects the care we put into our work – not just in what we build, but in how we show up for the communities we work in.

Area Manager Asset Renewal M Group - Suffolk Highways"Good morning Tony,
Please pass onto the two gangs working on the above sites that the feedback that I am getting from all colleagues who have visited site is that the standard and quality of work is really high. Both sites are near to Phoenix House so there will continue to be a higher than usual number of site visits, safety tours etc and in the case of Radcliffe environmental site audits. I realise that these can be intrusive for the team, however they just need to keep doing what they are doing well. Many thanks, Jonathan Clarke"Read more -

“From day one your team has been friendly, obliging and efficient…. feedback I’ve received from residents has been positive. We are very grateful we now have safe and smart walkways and there are many elderly residents who were previously reluctant to use the pavement, thank you all for a splendid job.”

Millenium Green Committee, Halesworth
“Millennium green volunteers (including the trustees) are immensely grateful for your professionalism, patience and humour, in the face of voles, balsam, floods, liquid peat, pushy bad-tempered walkers, more floods, and even, I’m ashamed to say some theft and damage. You also kept consulting us about things which could have left us with real headaches like whether to drill out tree roots, where to leave immense piles of arisings and you responded creatively to protecting the CWS site upstream in the New Reach. Thanks, and good wishes from us.”

“Just wanted to thank you for giving us the opportunity to watch your work. From the beginning you have worked with us to make sure there was no disruption to our daily routine, but not only that you have been courteous, professional and have actively encouraged the children to watch from the other side of the safety fencing and learn from this experience. A bonus and something dear to our heart is your commitment to being eco-friendly, we have definitely benefitted from reusing the wooden treads and off cuts of wood from the old bridge, thank you.”

Residents of Upton, Suffolk
“We appreciated the courtesy and consideration shown to us while your workers were installing the new drain in the roadway outside our house in Upton over the last week. They battled some very wet weather and yet each afternoon they cleaned the road, left it safe and arranged for it to be reopened overnight. They even took the trouble to restore the verges and make sure everything was cleared and left in a clean and tidy condition this was very much appreciated, with thanks.”

“Having previously expressed my dissatisfaction with the ineffective work done on this issue over the past 20 months; I would now like to register my appreciation for the work carried out by the new contractors…. they really have done an excellent job in finishing this substantial piece of work properly, carefully and thoroughly, to a high standard throughout. They have left the site as they found it and cleared up well. Everything that needed to be done to remedy this long-standing issue has now been done and done well.”
