Testimonials & Social Value

At PARC, we actively support initiatives that make a real difference – from sponsoring local school events to partnering with councils, housing associations, and private clients to deliver projects that improve everyday life. We’re committed to hiring locally, offering meaningful work experience, and investing in training across all our sites. The positive feedback we’ve received over the years reflects the care we put into our work – not just in what we build, but in how we show up for the communities we work in.

Social Value By PARC Civils Ltd

PARC aims to support Local Charities, Sports Clubs, Schools and Businesses wherever we can. We also aspire to boost staff morale by holding Social Events and Fund Raising Activities.

PARC was proud to volunteer time and resources to assist Shelfanger Village Hall by screening and recycling topsoil for landscaping improvements. This practical support helped enhance the outdoor space for community use, reflecting our commitment to giving back in ways that are both meaningful and sustainable.

PARC proudly supplied and installed a brand-new shed for Freeman Community Primary School in Stowupland, providing much-needed storage for garden tools used in their Forest School programme.

We work hard to make sure every team member feels safe, supported, and equipped to succeed. From hands-on training and upskilling to a workplace culture built on respect, wellbeing, and teamwork. On site, we ensure clean, safe welfare facilities that support regular breaks and proper rest. Looking after our workforce is important to us, through our People Cloud HR app, every employee has access to personalised mental health support, as well as occupational health checks.

At PARC, we’re committed to making a positive environmental impact—starting right at our doorstep. We’ve planted two acres of woodland and installed 15 bird boxes around our yard to support local biodiversity and create a thriving habitat for wildlife.

PARC was proud to support the Coltishall Rainbow Run 2024 as a Gold Sponsor!
This vibrant community event brought colour, laughter, and energy to the village, all while raising vital funds for Friends of Coltishall Primary School.

Each year, PARC proudly supports the BREAK Charity by entering a team into the Breaking Clays clay pigeon shoot—one of Norfolk’s standout charity events. It’s a chance to help care-experienced children and young people build brighter, more secure futures. We’re proud to stand alongside other local businesses in backing this incredible cause.
